the location is awful, each and very trip to downtown Lyon costs 40-45 EUR, there is no other way to reach city centre. staff apparently does not seem to be able to get a taxi on time, I had to wait 40 mins before getting one and this arrived via a fellow cab driver that happened to be at the concierge at that time,

Poor TV quality. Overall experience not in line with Park-Inn and Radisson standards.

We had a warm welcome from the friendly staff, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The public spaces had a lovely ambience and we enjoyed a great meal by the pool.

Location, equipement, very convinient.

Fitness room needs to be improved : equipement limited. Step machine does not work properly. More equipement and space of the room must be enlarged. Steam room did not worked.

The hotel is too expensive for the general condition of the hotel. It is old with some renovated parts. The correct price would be 70-75 euro for 2 including breAkfeast and not 99 euro

For the price we paid, the value was well worth it. The room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for us and our dog. The staff was friendly and even compensated us with a free drink for a minor AC issue. Convenient location off the highway, though the industrial area wasn't exactly picturesque.

The breakfast menu could have been better with more variety and higher quality options.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in a very isolated industrial area was great for us as an overnight pit stop during our road trip to the south. The hotel itself was very stylish and provided enhanced comfort with its range of amenities. The staff were absolutely amazing, providing warm and friendly service. The well-maintained rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The on-site facilities, including the sauna and outdoor swimming pool, added an extra level of relaxation to our visit. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception and the option for late check-in/ -out, which made our stay even more convenient.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms, and the courteous and helpful staff. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. the hotel had a lovely pool that was perfect for cooling off on hot days.

the outdated facilities and worn-out furnishings were not up to the standards that I had expected. while the hotel was adequate, it could benefit from some updates and improvements.

The bio shop in front of the hotel was a convenient option for buying things. The breakfast provided was quite nice. The reception area and bar had a stylish and welcoming ambiance. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and kind, making our stay even more pleasant.
